I don't know how common it is for people to be easily reminded of things based on the environment they're in at the time but these days any time I'm near a lake when it's foggy I start thinking of Silent Hill. This photo was taken at Lake Overholser here in Oklahoma City.
When I took this photo I was again thinking of Toluca Lake from the Silent Hill games. So, keeping that in mind, I took a few experimental shots in hopes that I could get a good one. I was lucky enough to catch a few, but this one I wanted to gift to *Shakahnna. I hope you like it, Shak.
Of course I do, there is very little not to like with such a stunning shot. Not to mention how thick the fog is that really does make the place seem dead or at least not habituated by anything friendly. The bridge looks very creepy and I love how all the lights have different colours and give off the same sort of vibe. The one just above the bridge especially because it's a sort of, once you leave me then you are on your own. Foolish mortal. I like it allot
